Tofu Spaghetti Squash


* 1 Spaghetti squash

* 1 14 oz package of Tofu

* 1 small red onion

* 1 tbsp olive oil

* 1 tbsp sriracha

* 1 tbsp garlic

* 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

* 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

* 1 tbsp honey (optional) Crushed peppers (optional)


-Scoop out the seeds of the squash. Microwave squash sliced in half, upside down in a baking dish with an inch of water for 12 mins. Scoop out the inside with a fork.

-Saute onion and garlic in oil.

-Add tofu, sriracha, vinegar, soy sauce, honey and crushed peppers. -Cook for 10 minutes.

-Add the mixture to the squash.
