No-Bake Oatmeal/Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients:
* 3/4 cup of peanut butter
* 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
* 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1.5 cups rolled oats
* 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract with a fork in a bowl.
- Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
- Knead mixture by hand until fully incorporated.
- Roll into 1-inch balls by pressing 1 tbsp of the mixture together.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
