Easy Healthy Spaghetti


Ingredients:


* 3 lbs. 93% fat ground turkey

* 1 package of turkey sausage

* ½ red onion

* 2 tbsp garlic

* 1 bottle of no sugar added spaghetti sauce

* 14 oz can of diced tomatoes

* Jalapenos

* Pepper

* 1 tbsp olive oil

* Pepper

* Cayenne pepper

* Thyme, rosemary. (optional) or Italian seasoning.

* Edamame Noodles


Directions:

Brown ground turkey. Drain liquid. Saute onion and garlic with oil. Add ground turkey, sausage and the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low to medium heat for 30 minutes.


Cook noodles according to package. (It’s usually 5 mins.)
