Vegan Mozzarella Cheese & Sugar-free Blueberry Jam on Keto Bread

Ingredients:
* 1 slice of vegan Mozzarella cheese
* 2 tbsp of sugar-free blueberry jam
* 2 slices Keto Bread
* 1 tbsp of coconut oil
Directions:
* Heat coconut oil in pan.
* Spread jam on one side of sandwich and top with the slice of cheese.
* Add the second slice of bread on top.
* Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until toasted.
Optional: Half of avocado with egg and grapes.
